We also enjoyed borrowing the bicycles they had and riding around the country in the early evening. Several towns are close by and convenient for traveling to for dinner. We loved the style and character of the stunning Masseria le Carrube and its serene, picturesque setting in the midst of the Apulian olive groves. The pool area and dining courtyards draped in vines were beautiful and very attractively lit in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing and we loved our private courtyard seating area with lemon trees. The vegetarian dinner menu was outstanding- the best meal we had in Italy. A privilege to stay here and we can’t wait to return!
