Really beautiful apartment/room, incredible architecture. Super modern with easy to use facilities. The breakfast spread was amazingly prepared despite us being the only people staying. We had an incident and accidentally put our car in the ditch at the property and the family were so helpful and brought the tractor over the drag us out. 10/10 property, hosts and experience overall. Loved this place.

This is a hidden gem in Tuscany. Everything was amazing - from the very beginning to the last day. Great property, well maintained. A clean pool. Sunbeds. Delicious food at the restaurant. Private SPA with Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, salt room.. But most of all - people who work there and who make your stay special. Thank you, Alice and Martina, you are unbelievable, and I fell in love with you! Thanks to all those guys who work at the restaurant, my special respect to Rafaele and Mido (who makes the best Cuban mojitoes ever)))). Cheers, guys! Let your business thrive and prosper!!! The building is in a beautiful place in the Maremma countryside. The location is perfect for reaching almost all surrounding beaches by car or even (for some of them) by bicycle. At the same time, the place is tranquil and relaxing, far from the noise of crowdy places like Orbetello. Moreover, in the evening, the temperature always cools down, allowing you to sleep with open windows and without AC to enjoy the beauty of the countryside. The owners and the staff are lovely. Barbara and Benedetta will welcome you every morning for breakfast with a smile and a massive variety of handmade cackes, cookies, and local products (chees, ham, fruit, etc.). They are always very friendly, helping customers find and place reservations for local restaurants or attractions. Andrea takes care of the facility and is always ready to solve any problem. If you have an electric car, they also installed a new power plug where you can recharge your vehicle. If you plan to visit the area, it is definitely a top location.

First I would like to thank Roberto for being a very welcoming host taking good care of us like we're family not guests. The place brought us back to our childhood memories with the farm, the fresh food and products, and the beautiful scenery.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, left like being at home! The quality of food is excellent, with fresh and local products. We had half board included and we loved every bite, the dinner menu is updated daily! The room was also stunning and filled with all the comforts! We liked everything!

Martina is a really kind host and puts a lot of thoughts into everything around her podere. Our welcome basket was outstanding with her own baked cakes, cookies, bread which by the way is made from their own cultivated and harvested grains. Not to mention their marmalades, fruits and cow MILK. I've never had better breakfast in my life.

Strategic position near the Argentario to explore all its beaches. Very spacious apartment with all the necessary facilities. Super clean and very nice staff.

Parking on site, important - secure. Great on premise market selling their wine, cheese, yogurt, olive oil & meats. Very nice. Breakfast and dinner - staff across the large facility were helpful and friendly - in a word - Wonderful Staff. Close drive to local sites.
