The location is fantastic! If you are looking for a quiet Agriturismo in rural Italy, this is it! It is about 1.5 hours to Florence by car and 1 hour to the coast. The hotel's location is wonderful. It's on top of a hill, and to get there you have to go through an unpaved road on grassy hill where hundreds of sheep roam. The hotel itself is in an ancient farm which keeps you warm in winter and I guess it keeps you cool in summer. Our room, which had a flower name instead of a number, was huge and extremely comfortable. Excellent breakfast! Homemade cakes of all sorts. Lovely.

The room was very clean, modern and warm in winter, TV with Netflix, and we had a lovely patio where we could enjoy the peace and quiet of the beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious! Breakfast was plentiful and we highly recommend to book the dinner at their restaurant as all the food is genuine, using mostly the produce of the farm and cooked to perfection, with reasonable prices. The owners are so sweet and thoughtful and we truly appreciated the wine and sweets they prepared for us for our anniversary! We hope to be back in the future and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway immersed in nature!
