The public road to access the agriturismo is not sealed and is very narrow. It was manageable in 2WD but it is worth being aware so it doesn't catch you off guard. The way we were welcomed and the attention received during all our stay was outstanding. We felt at home for both our lodging and the quality of home-made food. We felt part of the family that manages Agriturismo Poggio Tondo. I will definitely book again at Agriturismo Poggio Tondo. Bravissimi!

It is decorated in a traditional style with wooden furniture. It is very clean and comfortable. The garden has a lawn and trees and the swimming pool is gated and in a good size with no stairs to reach it so very safe for kids and older people. There is a washing machine!. Sabrina was very helpful and accomodating with tips regarding the area.

It was a treat to start the day with a walk with our dog in the olive garden, pet a cat (or two) and just take in the view. The location made it possible to enjoy Lucca, Florence and the beach and come ‘home’ to a quiet country house on a hill.
