Everything. Wania and Francesco are wonderful hosts and lovely people. We had the Pine Room which was very spacious and beautiful. One of the nicest bathrooms we have encountered too. Wania is very generous with provisions including wine and Francesco dropped us to a shopping centre so we could get some lunch. We ended up choosing to walk back - which was about 5 kms and very flat. They would have dropped us to the train if we wanted to go into Venice. There is a very good pizza restaurant a short walk away for dinner and you can do takeaway if you prefer. Free Netflix. Peaceful. There are only 3 rooms let I think and it is very quiet.

My reward: unforgettable stay in a beautiful farmhouse converted hotel, with charming fellow guests, a mix of couples and families with young children. A daughter-mother team leads the hospitality. Tania is fluent in multiple languages, checked me in to my high-ceiling room, encouraged joining great dinner, worried about me when I was late from my Sunday morning running, made sure that I enjoyed a hearty breakfast and arranged airport transport early Monday. Skilled and gifted at making every member of every family at peace and content.

The localization is very picturesque - an Italian village with an old winery around. I like the style of decorations and atmosfere. They are two sorts of wine - pinot grigio and prosecco, which are perfect for evening chill out. I recommend it very much!

Everything was great! Location near to Venice (15 min by bus, 30 min by tram), clean and comfortable apartment, beautiful and peaceful territory. The owners were very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful information. Special thanks for recommendation to visit the Armenian island.
