I really enjoyed staying at Fabios Place! He went out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. The perfect host!!! Very helpful and friendly and kind :) The room was spacious, modern and super clean, Bed was very comfortable. Really nice and relaxing lounge Area outside of the house and the shared kitchen was spacious and very clean as well. I didn't miss anything there. He even provided a little simple Breakfast in the Morning. Very quiet and cute area. There is also free parking outside when you are traveling by car. Grazie di tutto, Fabio! :)

Where to begin? It started with Francka's warm welcome and radiant smile. She explained everything about Cinque Terre, gave us a parking badge so we could park in town and at the train station for free. Such a nice gesture! The property is beautiful, you can enjoy the charming old villa and the peace and tranquility of the well-kept gardens. Our room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The pool (with lovely view) was certainly a big plus after walking around Cinque Terre. Breakfast on the terrace, full of healthy options. The companionship of the dog Black was greatly appreciated!

The accomodation is perfectly located for having beautiful and stunning views form your window, the rooms are clean and have a spacious bathroom. Also breakfast was delicious and coffee too. You would depend on a car for visiting Cinque Terre as the location is far away from the train station, but the owner gave us a parking pass with which we could park almost anywhere in the small town of Levanto and also had a parking space available near the house.

Price-Performance is exceptional. We enjoyed the stay very much. It is a perfect base to visit Chinque Terre. Host (Vittorio) is very kind and gave several recommendations regarding restaurants, public transport and also gave clear instructions about several free parking right in the city center (free parking with their guest card). Highly recommended.

it’s a truly amazing experience! we’ve got apartment is a separate house on the hill with a little garden and sitting area - seeing sunset there was amazing! day at the beach and evening in the mountains in jacuzzi- yep! that’s absolutely possible with this beautiful place. very clean! very delicious breakfast with a lot of choices and some delicious local products 👌🏻 great quality of cosmetics offered as a bonus!

We loved this B&B the most out of all that we stayed in Italy. The views are gorgeous from the terrace reception area. There is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the views of Levanto without the crows of Cinque Terre. We wish we had more time to stay as we really enjoyed everything about this place. It is very quiet and peaceful, distant from the noise and buzz of Cinque Terre, yet close to the pretty town of Levanto. The hostess Alessandra was very kind. She was waiting for us and gave us fresh vegetable from her garden which was delicious. She was also always ready to help us and the communication was excellent.
