Did not have breakfasts here. Location very quiet and isolated, a few kilometers from the village, and hard to find even with GPS, but that's Italy sometimes. Fantastic views made up for it.

Nice pool, small apartment houses beside the farmhouse on a shady meadow. fully equiped with small kitchen, bathroom with small shower, bidet. Moskito nets at the windows allow having the windows open during the night and get a cool breeze even after a hot day. Shadow places in front of the huts with table & chairs. Free WLAN. Super Friendly and nice hosts.

The mattress was comfortable. The bathtub was fantastic. Dinner and Breakfast were amazing. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Loved the dogs especially Grappa during dinner.

Bardzo urokliwe miejsce. Blisko jeziora. Miła atmosfera. Na miejscu restauracja z domowym jedzeniem. Doskonałe miejsce do wypoczynku i baza wypadowa do zwiedzania słynnych miasteczek takich jak: Orvieto, Pitigliano i Civita di Bagnoregio, oraz mniej znanych ale równie pięknych jak: Bolsena, Montefiascone, Grotte di Castro czy Sorano.

Our stay at this beautiful and peaceful farmhouse with a swimming pool was an incredible find. The welcome and kindnesses of Rachele the host, her mother Loira and gorgeous Brik the dog was heartwarming and incredible. We had a spotless, pretty 2 bedroom apartment with everything we could possibly need provided. There were so many lovely details that it would be impossible to name them all but include: a well stocked fridge and cupboard with varied foods and drinks for breakfasts, homemade jams and chutney, a bottle of wine, separate swimming towels the list goes on! A real highlight was the delicious homemade cake freshly baked every day ( thank you Loira) and the thoughtful goodie bag with homemade produce on our last day. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachele and she is an amazing host and has the fastest response time to any query I have experienced. We would love to return to experience the magic of Agriturisimo Podernuovo again.
