Small careful production the hostessAnna demonstrates true Molise hospitality!!! She explained all the production processes from molisana salume, guanciales, sotto sugno, the variety of cows on the property . The dinner and organically produced house wine was phenomenal. And the town Jelsi has a very fun and heartwarming festival. It was a wonderful experience!! Much love!!😍😍

these are the most wonderful hosts you will ever meet. Living the simple life is their credo and they are surely doing just that. This is the real dolce vita with genuine people living from the land by the old school methods. Watch the YouTube videos to understand. We joined the beautiful ladies to make the pasta from scratch which we ate for our evening meal. Elise is a widely regarded gourmet chef in the old-world tradition We will return as soon as possible to experience life with Elise and Biagio in the real Molise farm life passed down from generations.

This is VERY clean and quiet facility. Easy to find using GPS. This is a small working farm. Walk the grounds and see pigs, sheep, chickens, rabbits, geese, ducks and even a cow. The onsite restaurant/bar is very good and serves many of their own farm products. Staying here is a very pleasant experience and the room rate is extremely reasonable for all you get. I highly recommend this argriturismo.

Highly recommend having dinner there as well. Their tagliere featured numerous items from the farm plus local specialties and was enormous - couldn't believe it was for one person !
