La tranquilidad, la piscina y la amabilidad de su personal. Nani te recibe y te explica todo sobre el lugar y alrededores. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y se abrásele la corriente que se crea abiertas las ventanas. No es necesario el aire a pesar del calor intenso de Sicilia. El desayuno es muy bueno y resulta muy agradable tomarlo el patio cubierto con el gran ventanal. Hay muchos árboles frutales que le dan un toque. Se agradece tener piscina para cuando regresas de hacer visitas turísticas. Esta muy bien cuidado. Algo peculiar del lugar es que cuenta una cocina de uso compartido, súper equipada y resulta súper cómodo preparar cualquier tipo de comida o picnic para el día siguiente. La pequeña nevera de la habitación vienen muy bien. Por último reseñar la cena de despedida que nos ofrecieron, todo muy rico y agradable. 100% recomendable

We have stayed in Villa Gianina during the Easter holidays of 2024 with two teen kids. The place is very charming, clean with excellent views to the lemon garden around you . The host's hospitality and availability to assist is much appreciated. This place is well located and suits to those you want to relax from busy life in the big urban city. Sea and the beach is close by (we had a rental car). The location of villa s good to commuting to lovely little cities around this place. We would highly recommend the place and the owner who made us feel at home! Greetings from Brussels!

The accommodation was great. We loved the surrounding areas with the space with the grass and the playground because the kids could run free and had a lot of space to play. We also had some picnics with our friends! The pool was also great. Our room (2 bedrooms) very spacious and comfortable. They were cleaning our room every day. Tina was very nice and friendly and made our stay very nice. The breakfast also was very nice with nice variety. Alma the dog was the greatest “babysitter” for our kids hehe. She is a great and calm dog. Distance is great from all the surroundings of interest, such as cities Noto, Siracusa, Ragusa, the beach etc. We really recommend this place for your stay.

1. Definitelly the garden with variety of herbs and plants is the strongest point plus cleanliness of the appartment. 2. Spacious swimming pool is a big plus. 3. The host was around to help in answering our questions, giving guidances whta to see or providing additional stuff like beach umbrellas, wine glasses or another frying pan. 4. Proximity to the sea and beaches within 7-minute drive. The atmosphere in the house was amazing, you can feel the "old soul" of this house. It's a very comfortable place for a group. Everything was clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for cooking dinner especially with some homemade tomatoes sauce that the owner left for us. It's a place where you can forget that the outside world exists. Quiet, peaceful but also close to Scicly or Modica. There is a private parking place outside the house and two bathrooms that increase the comfort. I totally recommend it.

Everything. My room was beautiful. The grounds and property are so lovely. Lots of unique, whimsical touches everywhere. You can see donkeys and goats grazing out in the field as the sun is coming up. The dogs are friendly. You’re able to wander around the grounds and see the extensive cactus farm that they have. A piece of heaven, within a few minutes drive to Sampieri beach, but far enough away that it’s really quiet and peaceful. The owners were very helpful and kind.
