We enjoyed this lovely appartement in the Tenuta Tenaglia. All the people in this place are very friendly and helpful. The winetour was great and Francesca introduced us into the lovely and interesting wines of the Tenuta. We arrived a bit later, even though it was a holiday, Sabine managed to make a reservation in the restaurant in front of the church nearby. This was an amazing place! For the first day, the fridge was filled so that we could already enjoy the breakfast. We would like to come back one day. Thanks a lot for everything.

We always receive a warm welcome and this visit was no exception. We travel between the UK and our villa in Lucca, Tuscany regularly and really look forward to breaking our journey at Monvillone. The location is in the countryside and it is a lovely relaxing place to overnight. Add to that the fact that the cuisine is exceptional - Riccardo is an amazing chef and the wine is very much to our taste. The room is spacious and has a large balcony overlooking the countryside. The bed is large and comfortable and we always wake feeling refreshed and ready to resume our journey. The breakfast offers plenty of choice including croissants, home baked cake, fruits grown locally and yoghurts. Very much looking forward to our next visit in July.

This hotel is fabulous! It is in a great location & easy to find. The hotel is surrounded by the Italian countryside with views of vineyards of grape-bearing vines. Newly renovated to a high standard and has the most wonderful rustic feel yet modern decor. The breakfast is lovely and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The surrounding garden is very well kept and the swimming pool looks so inviting. A perfect hotel to stop for a break. This hotel would be my choice to relax from stresses of day to day life! If you need a holiday to unwind, this is the place to stay! I Loved it! I am looking forward to returning!
