What a great little spot, not as busy as some of the adjacent towns, this Agriturismo was very comfortable, had a great view overlooking the adjacent valley and was set back behind nearby houses. very comfortable for a longer stay with full cooking and dining facilities, we wish we had stayed a few days longer.

A very kind family, they prepared great and very rich dinners for us (I recommend ordering dinner - the taste experience is guaranteed), they also produce and sell delicious olive oil. Surroundings are very nice. Pool is unavoidable:) You can enjoy a meal or a drink right by the pool and watch the sunset.

About the best view I have seen framed in a bedroom window in Tuscany...by day and at night. The farmhouse villa is on the top of a hill looking out over a deeply quiet landscape towards Monte Amiata. We almost felt we had the whole place and pool to ourselves. Apartment was huge. The relaxed hosts David and Laura were so respectful of guests needs for peace and space, and so friendly to talk when we did meet. No hesitation in recommending to anyone now, but actually want it to be just a place for ourselves if returning again.

Agriturismo Casanova is a working farm that breeds Chianina cows and produces its own cereals and extra-virgin olive oil. Just 3 km outside Asciano, its hilltop location offers panoramic countryside views.

The farmhouse features a swimming pool that is open from June until September. You are welcome to share in the farm's daily activities and help out in the barn.

We arrived on May 1st and hadn't realised that everything is closed on that day. Our host kindly cooked us a fantastic tagliatelle dish. In addition we were upgraded into a little house. The host also gave us recommendations where to hike starting from the agriturismo. We had a perfect hike through a lovely landscape. The house was very clean and had spacious rooms.
