Everything excellent, more than expected. It's hard to describe the good service by Luca. Not just top, but he gives service with passion and love. Never met a kinder person than him. Large area for the kids to play including football posts, table soccer, a swing etc. There is also a small farm. Just 7 minutes away from the Lake. It's the perfect place to find peace. 😊 Luca 100 out of 10.

the space inside the room we book or more like apartment like space within the property, the space around the property which we were freely allowed to wonder, the greenery around, the quiteness and peacefulness around, the feeling of being homey type at the same time we felt the privacy.

The beauty of this area was a gift. The sunsets, flowers and castle across the lake was definitely enjoyed by our family of four! While we could not walk to the lake - as it is far away - you can see its beauty in the distance. The location is perfect for a quiet space to escape the noise and business of nearby Rome. The owners were so kind and gracious and even provided us with fresh olive oil, coffee and sugar and a wealth of information regarding transit and nearby activities. They communicated within minutes. We had exceptional wifi and cell service the entire stay and the house was spotless. The serene views, spaciousness of the cottage and the beautiful people who run this establishment made it 10/10. We ate at a delicious restaurant, which is near the Vigna de Valle train station, twice! The food at @TrattoriaLeonedal1937 was the best we had on our trip and the owners were exceptional, kind and lovely! The train is 1/2 a mile away which takes you into Rome and the nearby town of Bracciano. Visit Bracciano's cobblestone streets and towering castle - it is quite charming! All in all, Agriturismo Fontelupo was a wonderful experience and we hope to visit this beautiful area again one day!

I never give 10 but I make an exception. It's the second year in a row I book Agriturismo La Gismonda and it is still my favourite place ever, especially considering the fact I book many places around Europe every year.
