From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this hotel stands out. Located just a few minutes from Västervik Centrum, it boasts an unbeatable convenience. The staff truly is exceptional – attentive, friendly, and always eager to assist. Each meal was a delightful experience, with delicious food that exceeded our expectations. After a long day of exploring, sinking into the hotel’s comfortable bed felt like a luxury. But the cherry on top has to be the breathtaking view overlooking the Baltic Sea, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that’s hard to put into words. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Everything is tasteful: fresh wild flowers at the entrance, a nice common refrigerator, a common area and a very welcoming host. The breakfast was delicious, abundant and made freshly every day by the host. She also helped us to plan our day and it was the best day we could have had on the island. She truly is a lovely lady.

Dating back to 1881, this family-owned hotel is located in central Västervik, right next to Västervik Train Station. It offers individually decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. It was very nice hotel in downtown. I will definitely stay here in my next trip.
