Even though there’s no customer service representative in Albufeira, Joana took really good care for us through Whatsapp. The response times were lighting fast and it was a pleasure to feel taken care of. The deposit was returned almost immediately after the checkout. P.S: Highly recommending their branded house boat wine, it’s delicious!
