The place has good ratings and it IS good! Very clean, confortable, rather quiet, probably the best I ever had in relation to the price. I didn't meet any staff, but you can write an email and you will get what you asked for. Nice surroundings - a big, beautiful park, a market mall in the surroundings - absolutely see "Pavillon Manhattan", a mall where you can get fresh food , polish season's fruit and vegetables, some old fashioned stuff. The building itself is of architectural interest. You can walk downtown - 20 -30 minutes or take a streetcar - 10 min.

We got keys in the reception in hotel across the street (free parking there). Wifi for our apartment did not work, we were offered to use the neighbors wifi, when I complained about a weak signal, I got a new router immediately.

The location was great. Apartment was clean and modern. Nice there was a garage, and of course cost extra. Lived in block A.

Amazing little town for a family holiday. At this low price, I expected an old out dated room. but it was really nice and tastfull. Really recommend and just a short walk to the beach.

Modern hotel, well located with (mostly) very friendly and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast, also dinner (room service) was of high quality and came really quick. Free water in room. Big and bright rooms (avoid corner rooms like 103 with quite a long corridor and less usable area). Love the rain shower. Very clean rooms. Very quiet rooms. 24h sauna which you can book for private use.

Set in Kołobrzeg, 400 metres from Kolobrzeg Central Beach, Radisson Resort Kołobrzeg offers air-conditioned rooms , a bar and a one-hour free entrance to the Aquapark. We felt excellently taken care of, staying at this resort. Amazing unobrtrusive service, room very tastefully furnished, with lots of natural light, very comfy bed and pleasant toiletries. We loved the spa area, pools, saunas and water slides. Even though there were many families with kids staying by the pool, there was still plenlty of space to find a quiet spot to chill with a book. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, such a rich selection of great quality savoury breakfast dishes, waffles, fresh fruit and smoothies. Massive shout out to the morning FOH team, they were really accommodating with a few requests we had! All in all a very relaxing stay. Definitely coming back again.
