We got keys in the reception in hotel across the street (free parking there). Wifi for our apartment did not work, we were offered to use the neighbors wifi, when I complained about a weak signal, I got a new router immediately.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 7.7 km from Kolberg Pier. Very friendly personal, lovely, spacy, light and perfect clean apartement. The aqua park of the hotel is fantastic: on lower level there are a couple of large pools, multiple styles saunas and several whirlpools. On the quiet zone second level there is large brine pool with outdoor area. Spa is great as well, it has a saline room and we all got massages. Hotel has two restaurants, one buffet and one a la carte, both outstanding.

The hotel was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Restaurant serves a wide variety of good food with prices that are reasonable. I can't comment on the pool or the gym because I didn't use them. I couldn't find any faults. I would only suggest that provision of a few sachets of coffee and tea in the room would be a nice addition, although I suspect that the staff would supply some if one was desperate (as they did when I ran out of milk).
