We really liked the hosting, very humble, interactive, helpful and friendly people we ever met. We really liked the Indian Chai that he made (he loves the Indian Tea), people should try that at least once. The host area is very calm and beautiful. We did some yoga and meditation, it's a perfect place to do that along with the host.

Sjøgata Gjestehus está a 3 min a pie de Playa de Karistranda y ofrece jardín y terraza, además de alojamiento con patio y wifi gratis. Easy to find and easy access to the color line boat. Everything was as described. Beautiful. Clean and a super comfortable bed.

We loved absolutely everything about this gem of a property: the location in a stunning natural environment, the adorable staff, the unique history and decor of the hotel full of collectible and heirloom furniture and, of course the wonderful dinner. Food certainly was a highlight as this is generally where Norway fails to impress us. We were served a fresh, creative, and delicious dinner in the beautiful dining room overlooking the fjell. The chef even adjusted the menu for the vegetarians among us, creating genuine new dishes for us. Wow! Again, that was unexpected as eating veg in Norway is often a challenge. Everything felt authentic and personal in this independently-run property. Dinner starts with a presentation of the history of the place by the owner, their struggles during Covid and how they overcame them. Charmingly, this introduction included the reading of a poem (sadly we don’t understand Norwegian so had to rely on the translation of the presentation afterwards). Every effort is made to be sustainable : There’s a vegetable garden, the delicious bread is baked on the premisses (we took a box of the amazing Flatbrød with us) and the lovely shop sells some local cheese, honey and other specialties including, this being Norway, sweets :) We are already dreaming of a next stay to the Tuddal Høyfjellshotel to experience more of its magic and of the stunning nature around it as our stay this time was way too short. Note to the owners: stay as you are, you are a genuine gem and the world needs more places like yours. Thank you for everything!

This apartment is very big & nice with 2 bedrooms located far apart from each other. It was the cleanest stay I had in Norway! Exceptionally clean. It is in a quiet location.

El Nutheim Gjestgiveri es un hotel de madera de gestión familiar construido en 1877. Las vistas del hotel al valle Flatdal son famosas y han atraído a pintores y artistas durante generaciones. It was a good experience at the Norwegian historical hotel having a lot of paintings and a beautiful garden. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was fresh. All the staff are kind and have good parking lots. I'd highly recommend this place and I wish to come back.
