Guests can enjoy mountain views. It is very sweet and warm place to stay. Every time I travel to Longyearbyen I want to stay in Haugen Pensjonat. The staff very super kind. Rooms, kitchen and bathroom always very clean. I can only recommend.

Super friendly and helpful staff at the restaurant and the reception. Very good location on a short walk from the center. Vinterhagen restaurant has a delicious Arctic menu (tried Seal steak and Arctic trout - both great) and the plants and trees all around you in the winter garden make the place super cozy and unique. The breakfast was also super good with everything you need. Would definitely book it again if I come back to Svalbard.

Our room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was also very good you have a lot of choices. You can Check in an Print your flight tags directly in the hotel, this was new to us and very nice. The Hotel is perfectly in the Center of Longyear and you can reach eveything quick from here. The Bar/Restaurant ajoined the Hotel has a very nice menu and very friendly Staff. There was free Glögg and Cookies what made us very happy :).
