We were taken to the 50th Floor for priority check in as we upgraded to enjoy the EQ Club and were given exceptional service. The concierge did not explain about the room as he wanted it to be a surprise and again a big wow factor. We left totally satisfied with the hotel and staff. Would definitely stay there again. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s almost in a city center. Nearly just in 5 min walk you can find mall. The hotel is nice decorated, the hotel’s room amazing. Comfortable bed, big space for wardrobe but the star for all of this thing is the bath which is has a panoramic views on the city and Petronas Twin Tower. About food this depends on you as everyone has a different taste. As for me it was tasty but not very good. I was ordered fish and chips. At the top you can find bar and restaurant with good quality drinks. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I can write a lot of positive reviews but it’s better to try it. If we come back to Kuala Lumpur again definitely we will stay in this hotel.
