Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

All of the staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the cottages are big with the most dreamy bathroom and the food is just out of this world (especially the breakfast and cocktails) The beach itself is not crowded at all and the sunsets are simply stunning. The area is full of beautiful plants and made with love to the last, small detail and creates such a relaxing Atmosphäre. Situated in Palolem, 80 metres from Palolem beach, Hilias Retreat boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The property has also been recently renovated. One of the best property I stayed in for sure. Everything was great - location superb (beach is just 30 meters away), owner and staff polite, kind and professional, clean room (they were cleaning room and bathroom and changing sheets and towels every two days), nice and quiet surrounding. Tip - if you want to chill on balcony in the afternoon, while sun is on max, choose room with palm view, it's on the north side.

The Hut/Cabin: Cabins are spacious and clean. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a number of power outlets along with other basic amenities you expect to find in a well run hotel. Shower heater and water pressure worked well. The balcony with beach view was absolutely beautiful and well worth the upgrade. The Stay: The bed was comfortable and the room layout was functional. Very safe and secure area. Location is good and a short distance to most attractions. Om Sai is located right on Agonda Beach (you can hear the rolling waves at night). You can find a string of restaurants, coffee shops and bars on the main road. Tuk Tuks are also scattered around the same road for a quick ride anywhere in South Goa. The Service: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to provide support and frequently asked if there was anything I needed. They also arranged my airport transfer for a fair price (driver was efficient and punctual). Beach towels provided and restaurant on the ground level offers decent food options, drinks and includes a full bar. 10/10 would recommend! Stay here… you won’t regret it.
