Built in 1973, the iconic The Taj Mahal Tower Mumbai stands majestically across from the Gateway of India, overlooking the Arabian Sea. Thank you Saloni and Taj for upgrading me to the Apollo room. The room was a great size, great facilities and super clean. The furniture is solid and a comfy king bed. All staff are attentive and dying to help. 2 usb ports. Rain shower was fantastic. TV technician was really helpful and answered all my questions. Breakfast at the Souk. Among the thoughtful touches, tap set at hot so you get instant hot water, phone cable tidy attached, hand soap block placed on it’s side on soap dish so it doesn’t lose integrity. Fast internet.

Management keeps on top of things so there's no silly or loud behaviour in the dorms. Great stay if you'd like to check out Mumbai for a few days and reasonably priced. Air cons in the rooms are at full power during the night giving you a cosy sleep. Tnx so much

Breakfast was really good, enough choices even for Europeans. The location and security were excellent. Hospitality was also beyond my expectations.

Ubytovanie Hotel Naaz Executive sa nachádza Bombaji 1,7 km od miesta Nákupné centrum Phoenix Marketcity a 6,2 km od miesta Jazero Powai. The hotel manager was very generous, as the fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks, exceeding my expectations. This was particularly appreciated after being charged 800 rupees for a drink at Taj Ends Land. On the day of check-in, my friend had an earlier flight and went shopping at Phoenix Marketcity before departing. The manager allowed my friend's luggage to be stored in the room and even provided each of us with a complimentary drink and some fruit, making us feel truly at home. During my stay, I caught a cold, and the staff patiently took me to a pharmacy to get medication. On the day of check-out, I discovered that the city tour booked through the hotel was more expensive compared to other options. Upon returning in the evening, the manager offered facilities for a quick refresh, which was very considerate. Finally, upon departure, assistance was provided to book an Uber, which cost 170 rupees. It was a minor drawback.

The croissants are made fresh and were the absolute best part of my stay. Every time I visit any location of Ritz, I'm sure that I will get the best breakfast buffet. The pain au chocolat is a must when you visit.
