I booked a family room at Bhuma and stayed there with my parents for the entire duration of our stay on Havelock island. All our transport and activities were booked through Bhuma and everything was a breeze! We were even lucky to get a kayak trip booked through them which was private (just us and the instructor) which was important as my parents are almost 70 compared to other tours that are overcrowded. The whole trip was convenient and exactly what I was after because of the excellent organising done by Bhuma during our stay. The accommodation was also within walking distance to all the cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend this place!

The hosts were extremely helpful and welcoming. They arranged a pick up from the ferry terminal and offered advice about our stay in Port Blair. The breakfast was delicious!

The room has an amazing view and was really nice, comfortable and spacious. Bed was big. It has a well functional aircon, a good bathroom and a huge closet with lock/ key. JJ b&b (or JJ niwas as it is also called) is very central on DEEN street, close to everything, but still a bit back from the main street and the traffic. The owner and his wife speak perfect English, they are very nice people, helpful and serviceminded. The owner has good contacts, if you want help to arrange tours, without being riped off.
