I really like the idea of having skylights, they make the kitchen very bright. by the way the kitchen has everything for cooking. Martha kindly provided us with extra coffee capsules. Thank you, Martha. Large refrigerator and washer/dryer. This was very convenient when we returned after rain. There is no photo of the bathroom. It is small but well equipped. The shower works well. The bed is large and comfortable. And the best part is the view of the mountains! Absolutely amazing and stunning view! Highly, highly recommended

Catherine's Lair Quiet Peaceful Homestay lies 3.5 miles outside of Westport between the villages of Fahy and Islandeady, which is easily reachable by car and is for people who do not mind to travel a short distance to Westport town. A lovely quiet farmhouse with the only noises the goats and the lambs in the fields. perfect view of the reek. A real gem close to all the sights of the region, yet utterly away from the hustle of the town. hosts were lovely and welcoming. good tips for going out as well!
