The accommodation is right in the heart of town, close to restaurants and pubs, and the drive in and out was superb. The room was more than satisfactory, with a lovely shower. Breakfast was amazing, with the salmon and scrambled eggs being the winner, but the Ful Irish Breakfast was enjoyed by my other significant half.

On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland. Breakfast was delicious - their soda bread was some of the best we have ever tasted! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the camaraderie of the guests hanging out in the lounge area. This was a very relaxing location to get away for a couole of nights - peaceful and removed from the chaos of the city. Beautiful country atmosphere.

The breakfast was outstanding, large range of fresh fruits, juices, cereals, savoury tarts, hot if required, quality pastries. The views from our windows upstairs over the garden & trees. The stone fence in the yard was on the edge of the river with ducks swimming around. The hostess was generous with the use of her sitting room.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. It's an excellent place to stay.

Its super cozy, comfortable, has all the amenities you need and then some, including some complimentary chocolates left in the room. The distance from Galway is very short, and then the breakfast was incredible. Finally, the owner/s could not have been nicer & more welcoming! All BnB’s should strive to be like this one!
