Excellent facilities spas and pools and exclusive beach access. Very comfortable beds. Clean. Great dinner buffet with tons of fresh selection. A bit of a walk to town but location on the beach was perfect.

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. Excellent breakfast. Awesome garden area. Quaint rooms and buildings. Can also purchase wine at the reception - this was even more excellent!

Prices in their local currency are super-cheap if you convert it to USD. The hotel has a restaurant with super-friendly and nice staff. The receptionist I had a few Qs didn't speak English much, more like saying 'yes' or 'no'. A beach was literally in 3" walk. The water in the lake was super-good.

Residence Hotel Balaton is located in quiet surroundings, featuring a private beach with a snack and cocktail bar only 150 metres away and its spa area. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. We returned second time to the Residence, we wished so much to return, we.loved it for the first time and now the second time even more. The hotel is very intimate, a smaller one, so the kids can find their way easily, the food was deliscious, all the staff is very kind, the animators did a great job, with their attentive and fun activities. And my kids loved the game desk at the entrance, hopefully we can return soon the third time

It’s comfortable and bright. I liked the outdoors kitchen with sitting area. Also an small indoor kitchen with dishes and refrigerator to share is great. The was even a mini fridge in the bedroom.
