Hotel Osijek is situated in the pedestrianized centre next to the bank of the Drava River. It provides panoramic views of the surroundings, fine cuisine and free WiFi access. The staff was great when I called the hotel at 22.00 hours on Saturday asking them if it was possible to get the room one night earlier since I had expected I would arrive on Sunday instead of on Saturday. Room was great and so was breakfast.

Apartman Angel is located in Osijek, 3.6 km from Museum of Slavonia, 4.5 km from Gradski Vrt Stadium, and 15 km from Kopački Rit Nature Park. The lady who met us to show the apartment, was really polite. The place itself is a jewel to stay at! It is in a brand new building and it has all the commodities for a perfect stay. They had left coffee, some lemons, some milk, and even a set of toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you missed to have yours. Tidy and clean place, wonderful decorations and absolutely comfortable in any sense. It was a really nice stay and I would highly recommend Apartments Angel to everyone!

I so much enjoyed staying at this apartment. The apartment was spacious and warm, tastefully decorated to give a feeling of home. The host Ivana took great care to think of things that would be helpful for a traveling guest -- all kinds of details, including good-quality cookware and kitchen utensils, extra blankets and room to easily hang clothes, to extra towels and soap/shampoo. I enjoyed the location in a neighborhood that seemed to consist of young families, students, as well as elderly folks (walking their cute dogs) - a short walk to the river, the beautiful green spaces of the city, and the university area. I will definitely request to stay here again when I return to Osijek.
