Mom was doing it, well done. everything is very clean and comfortable. There is parking for the car, which is good. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. Since it is April, it is quiet and peaceful even though there is a lot of renovation noise outside. It is perfect for its price. I was very pleased. I advise.
