Beautiful location, designed in a magnificent way and run by two lovely people. Even if just for one night and unfortunately on a business trip, this place has been for me a complete break from business and it threw me in a true moment of relax surrounded by an amazing landscape. It will always be the place I want to go any chance I’ll have.

The apartment is very nicely, generously and of high quality standards equipped with all the usual things you might need during your stay. In case of bad weather (we never had during last week August 2022) you have the choice of two huge TV-Screens in the living room and master sleeping room respectively, or a normal one in the kitchen for entertainment during your cooking. Especially, in the spacious kitchen all the normal kitchenware and much more are new and presented in a very attentive way. The newly renovated and decoratively furnished rooms come with more than sufficient space. We very much enjoyed the balcony on the back side, with an open view to the greens of the surrounding hilly gardens, entertaining goats restlessly climbing up and down the terrace walls, and the view to the city of Lons-les-saunier to the left and Jura hills with the medieval town house facades of Montaigu to the right. The landlord family living next door was discreet during our stay, as the apartment designation "L'INATTENDU" makes you expect. But, they did not forget to welcome us with a big piece of Jura Comté cheese supplied in the fridge. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well situated with stunning views of the city. The added extra was the loft one level up where we had coffee. What a great place. Don't bring heavy or bulky luggage as you will climb 3 levels up in a narrow spiral staircase, but it's worth it. Safe Public parking about 200m away at 2€80 for overnight parking.Host sends you messages with step by step instructions. Make sure you get and read them. It's really very easy. Reiners family 🇿🇦

Le truc à fer 4 étoiles is situated in Crançot and offers a garden, a tennis court and a terrace. The property is 32 km from Arbois, and complimentary private parking is available. This is a modern comfortable apartment with a big balcony in a secluded village. It was a great stop over for us on our trip to Italy. We were very impressed.
