The house itself, the rooms, the general vibe of the place is just perfect. Breakfast is a thoughtful feast. Chrystal herself is everything you'd want in a host, she anticipates needs and steps in when you need some help and information. Cannot recommend Face au Soleil highly enough. It's a sweet treasure on an island full of charm.

The Maison des Algues offers cosy and unique accommodation located on the Isle of Rhé. It is 100 metres from the beach and has its own private swimming pool.

From April to October, guests can enjoy free use of 2 bicycles per room. This is a great way to visit the beautiful surrounding area, where there is over 100 km of cycle paths. Great location & easy to walk to the beach. Plenty of bikes to borrow at the property to explore this beautiful island. Fantastic apartment with plenty of indoor & outdoor space overlooking the pool. It was really hot when we were there, the pool & hot tub were an added bonus.
