An example of their attention to detail: I said I wanted hard boiled eggs every day and there they were, every single day. Offering a spa centre and sauna, Seth 55 Santo Tomas is set in Es Migjorn Gran. The hotel has a seasonal outdoor pool, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant or a drink at the bar. Great hotel, well managed and very good location. The place is very, very clean but they will need attention in the showers as it is near the sea. Good breakfast, nice spa and gym.

Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux is located opposite the port of Ciutadella in Menorca. Best service I've ever witnessed. The staff was very professional, forthcoming, friendly and organized. They also helped us by recommending and organizing some trips. The hotel is located at the very center of the city, close to the bus station. The staff has left me a pack of earplugs in the room when there was a party event outside. I loved the bathroom very much.
