This seems like a simple thing, but someone took the time to write it down so that no matter who was working that day, they knew what I liked for breakfast.

Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux is located opposite the port of Ciutadella in Menorca. Best service I've ever witnessed. The staff was very professional, forthcoming, friendly and organized. They also helped us by recommending and organizing some trips. The hotel is located at the very center of the city, close to the bus station. The staff has left me a pack of earplugs in the room when there was a party event outside. I loved the bathroom very much.
