The Fontenay Hamburg is a 5-star hotel situated on the shore of the Alster Lake in Hamburg, within walking distance of the famous shopping area at Jungfernstieg. It gives me great pleasure to give feedback on The Fontenay. We have stayed in numerous 5 Star hotels around the world over the last many years and we have never experienced anything like The Fontenay. It is very luxurious, elegantly decorated and has a charming and very welcoming atmosphere with very attentive and professional staff. The location is fantastic right at the beautiful Alster lake. In short it was a magical experience. We shall definitely come back. Thank you all at The Fontenay for making our stay with a truly memorable experience.

Located within 2.5 km of Hamburg Central Station and 2.8 km of Inner Alster Lake in Hamburg, Apartment Factory provides accommodation with seating area. Where do I start.. I mean this property was just exceptional! So easy to check-in, location was also great, 3 minutes walk to metro station and grocery stores. The apartment was extraordinary. I loved every single thing there. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen very well equipped and bathroom with such a nice and spacious shower was just more than expected. Host was so friendly and such a wonderful person. Helped us with places where to go, what to see etc. And gift from him was such a warm welcome! Can't wait to be back in Hamburg!
