It was, in spite of being on Bahn (train)hof str. totally quiet...we never heard a train. The room was very well organized and lit. It overlooked a lovely terrace. The staff was helpful and friendly-providing a local map and suggestions. We were in easy walking (2 blocks) distance to the old town, the train (4 blocks up hill), and a 10 min. walk to the Noch minature train store. The local area is in an easy day trip to the Bodensee or back to Munich. The hotel also offers (extra charge) convenient parking on site under the building. We had a wonderful time and will return again!

The lady who was friend of owner was soo polite and humble.. she was the one operating everything there .. even she answered our call with so good behave made our stay very nice. she is the most polite person we have ever seen. hence the hotel gives us a very good experience.

El Rafaela Hotel està situat al barri de Neuenheim, a Heidelberg, a 15 minuts a peu del barri antic de la ciutat, on hi ha el teatre i la universitat. Excellent hotel. Everything was there, great location, and very friendly people.
