The Culture and Convention Centre and the train station are only a 10-minute walk away. Amazing Location. You can´t get a better hotel in terms of where is is at. Also, the staff was super attentive and helpful with our questions. The room size was superb!

Great breakfast selection and professional service.

Gipfelrestaurant Fronalpstock is situated in Stoos, 1922 metres above sea level and next to the 4er Sesselbahn Fronalpstock and 6er Sesselbahn. Located amidst the Ski Region Stoos, the inn is only accessible by foot or via the cable car. One of the best locations in my life. Standing at the terrace and watching the sunset over Lake Luzern was just outstanding. Great, very friendly staff, together with delicious food. Can you imagine anything more?

You can play tennis or golf at this hotel, and the area is popular for mountain biking and hiking. Europe's highest outdoor lift, the Hammetschwand lift, is located nearby. The hotel guests can access the Bürgenstock Boat Shuttle as well as a funicular from and to Lucerne during entire stay free of charge. Bürgenstock Cinema is available for all guests at a charge of CHF 15 per person per movie. This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel was quiet, the spa was excellent, the staff were attentive, the hiking in the area was stunning.

The historic Hotel Pilatus-Kulm is situated at 2132 metres above sea level in the Kriens district in Luzern, 3.2 km from Chapel Bridge and 3.4 km from KKL Culture and Convention Centre Lucerne. It was built in 1890 and completely renovated in 2010. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Everything including the staff at the front desk, who were very nice, accommodating and professional.

Caschu Alp Boutique Design Hotel can be found right in the heart of the car-free village of Stoos ob Schwyz at 1300 metres above sea level, next to ski slopes and hiking paths. All rooms are furnished in modern Alpine style and feature a balcony or a terrace with panoramic views of the Alps. Free WiFi is available. Sublime hospitality. Excellent service: warm very welcoming, big smile and highly cooperative. The room was perfect, very(!) clean and decorated with love and care. Very good restaurant.

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage parking. The best hotel and service by far in my life

Elfe Ferienapartment is located in the centre of Emmetten, 200 metres from the Waldi-Kalthütte Gondola Lift. Views of Lake Lucerne and surrounding mountains are provided from the apartments' balcony or terrace.

A children’s playground, shops, a paragliding school, the Bike Arena and Stockhütte Gondola Lift are all within 600 metres. Beckenried diving centre and school is 5 minutes by car. I was initially looking for places to stay in Lucerne, but ended up finding Elisabeth and Felix’s place in Emmetten and I am so thankful we did! Lucerne is a bustling beautiful city, but Emmetten, just 15 min car ride away is a small, quaint mountain without the crowds and with incredible views of the lake (in my opinion even better than Lucerne). We only were only able to stay two nights, but wish we could have stayed many more to try more hikes and mountain biking. It was very easy for us to do a day trip into Lucerne on our way out do town. You also must try Susi’s pizza- just a 5 min walk away. The place was impeccably clean and Elizabeth and Felix were prompt and dependable hosts. We traveled with our 18 month old son and had no issues. Honestly if you want to see Lucerne but stay somewhere more affordable with better views, this is the place!

The soundproof rooms offer cable TV, a safe, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Staff more than friendly, we feel at home!!! Very nice breakfast, lots of home made marmelades, very close to a bus stop that gives directly to the city town! Room/bathroom are very clean, courtesy apple/water/coffe. Every other time at Lucerne we will stay at this property!
