Our guide Thiago was amazing, the facilities rustic but comfortable and food very tasty! I appreciated their flexibility in preparing gluten-free meals for me as well. The transfer from Manaus (car, speedboat, car and speedboat again) sounded complicated, but it was very smooth. Just make sure you travel light as you will have to carry your luggage from car to boat to car to boat! There were almost no masquitos when we visited (January).
