Pepe’s customer service is first class and the picnic baskets in the morning for breakfast was such a pleasant touch. Felt like we had our very own private beach. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable - we had a ocean view room on the second floor.

Location is top top and the beaches are virgin and amazing. I recommend to go when the sea is down… Breakfast I think they could do better, poor variety. The lunch and dinner the portions are very good it’s for 3 person.

The modern rooms at the Best Western Premier Maceió have a 40" LED cable TV, a minibar, a safety deposit box, a work desk and air conditioning. Some rooms have a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views. I've stayed at many hotels in Maceio, the Best Western Premier was the very best. Friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the room service, excellent. Booked the mini suite with balcony, well worth the additional fee. The included breakfast, much variety, egg, omelets and tapioca station (cooked to order), fresh fruits and many other items, tasty and satisfying. Room serviced and cleaned everyday. Beautiful pool, mini gym, bar and game area are on the top of the hotel along with stunning views of beautiful Praia de Pajuçara. Nearby restaurants, shopping and supermarket are a plus. Hotel is located on the main tourist area.
