The ladies at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. The view is very nice over the city. Very modern and comfortable rooms and good bed. Good location 5 minutes walk to the townhall but on narrow, very steep streets. Parking place very good.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They assisted with parking at the premises, which is free for the hotel guests. Looking forward to visiting again.

This 4-star hotel is situated on the right bank of Miljacka River, 3 km from Sarajevo’s Old Town. It features an indoor pool, gym and sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and accommodating--I needed a ride to the train station very early in the morning, which they provided for free, and because I was leaving before breakfast began, they packed a "lunchbox" for the road, which had several different kinds of pastries, fruits, and a tasty sandwich. The hotel driver who transferred me to the station walked me in, helped me navigate the ticket desk, and ensured I made it to the correct platform. AMAZING hospitality. Free upgrade to a deluxe room which was beautiful. Very comfortable bed, spacious clean bathroom, stunning views of the city. Great location just off the prom, with lots of dinner options just a 5-7 minute walk away. The hotel and surrounding area felt very safe (solo traveler here). 11/10 experience!
