I loved everything about our stay. The hosts, Sabine and Michael are welcoming, warm, helpful, interesting and funny people. They made everything themselves, put a lot of effort and consideration into the place, maintain it nice and clean, and you can see this all around you. We stayed in winter and it was nice and warm. There's everything we needed to prepare our own meals. I had the best sleep. The whole apartment is very big, so are the bedrooms. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful. I liked that so many places are close by, 15 to 30 minutes by car, so we visited many villages and towns in two days. There's plenty of parking around the house.

Haus Deutz is situated a 5-minute walk from Lake Faak and offers a very spacious garden with barbecue facilities, a sun terrace and a playground. Cosy and comfortable apartment, lovely furnished and fully equipped. A host Alexa is great!

Completely new flat, all useful kitchen utensils were present, very comfortable double bed, everything perfectly clean, good view of the lake

Located directly on the shores of Lake Faak, this family-run hotel combines beautiful views of the Karawanken mountains with a cosy atmosphere, a wide range of sports and spa options, and refined... Great location next to the lake, very friendly staff. The hotel has everything you need to relax. The wellness is very nice, especially the lake and mountain view sauna. I will definitely come back.

So it was not a problem to collect the keys. The overall process was managed with high quality. Everything was explained, and questions were answered. The breakfast provided was very good. Apartment is very spacious and fully equipped (fridge, oven, toaster, all kinds of stuff for cooking). Our daughters were happy as there are 2 bedrooms with proper beds (and not the uncomfortable sofa which is very often the case in other apartments). The location is also perfect as you can walk few minutes to public Strandbad. Really recommended :)
