Everything was great, specially the location and the services at disposal like pool, sauna, big children room full of toys, children playground etc. The personnel was really helpful. The hotel was very clean, nice atmosphere, coffee machine in the room, hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow. The room was not big, but it had everything we needed for three nights in Innsbruck. it was very close to the shopping street, Maria Thereza Strasse, the train station, the historic center, Golden Roof, Hapsburg palace and the funicular to Alpenzoo were around 15 minutes walking. Plenty of restaurants near by and I highly recommend the Gusto Pizzeria just in front of the hotel. The pasta and pizza were superb. The front desk people were very nice, polite and willing to help in anything we needed. I really appreciated that. when we plan our next visit to Innsbruck, we’ll gladly come back to Nala Individualhotel.
