Every day high level cleaning service. Country stile but new modern technology construction design interior with much original wood etc. SPA area with different saunas, swimming pool, fresh towels, etc. Dry sauna has inside window with magnificent mountain view, undescribed beautiful relaxation zone with up to ceiling widows and balconies. The restaurant deserved a Michelin Star for sure! Beautiful and comfortable lunch and bar area with a nice and high-level interior stile. What to see and where to go? – never enough time to visit all the magnificent places, mountains, lakes, boats, historical train and parasailing lakes around. You would love to come back again.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. great spot for kids to play and explore the beautiful area! the owner was helpful with local knowledge and offered a map with recommendations.

The outdoor swimming pool is available from April to September and there is playground and a play room for kids on site. Various activity programs are offered during summer. The sauna and the infra-red cabin can be used for a fee. Ski storage room with a boot dryer is available. A washing machine and a dryer are available at an additional cost. E-bikes can be rented free of charge as of May 2016. Everything was good at the camping. We hired a mobile home.

Haus Kirchmaier in Pertisau is a 5-minute walk away from the Zwölferkopf Cable Car and offers you rooms with a balcony and free Wi-Fi. A ski bus stop is located next to the house. Achensee lake is a 10-minute walk away. Excellent location, next to cross-country ski tracks (Hundelopie). Cross-country ski stadium with another 45+km of cross-country ski tracks is only few minutes away from the house. Rooms are very comfortable, owners are always around and ready to help guests with any requests. There is a shared fridge available for guests, also guests could use shared kitchen facilities if theRe will be such a need. All rooms are having slightly different layout and I have tried 2 different rooms during my 2-weeks stay. One of the rooms is featuring a 'loft' design, it's a 2 level room with a sitting area and a bedroom on the second level. Internet connection was fast and stable. Ski-lovers will enjoy the storage room where they can leave skis and dry their ski-boots after workout. I have not tried breakfast, but I am sure it's wonderful as everything in Haus Kirchmaier. Looking forward coming back togther with my family.

Overlooking the pristine Alpine lake Achensee, the Bergland Hotel offers immediate access to 3 free ski lifts to the Pertisau Ski Resort. In summer, popular outdoor activities include paragliding or water sports on the lake, 5 minutes away on foot. Everything was really good. This was a bit over my usual budget but for a special occasion it's totally worth it. The location is amazing and so is everything in the building.
