Situated in El Calafate and with Argentinean Lake reachable within 11 km, Hostería La Soberana features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. Susana was the perfect host. We couldn’t have felt more welcome in her Hostería. She cooked for us two nights in a row and it felt like we had a private chef. Breakfast was extensive and delicious with fresh fruits and croissants. We very much enjoyed the view from our room: beautiful sunset over El Calafate with you wild horses running to the lake. We would recommend this Hostería to anyone.

Offering river views, Salamandra Apartamentos is an accommodation situated in El Calafate, 5.8 km from Argentinean Lake and 2.4 km from Regional Museum. Comfortable, well equipped, clean, spacious, within easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops in the town center. We stated there with our two boys and it was perfect. The apartment was facing north with beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Would go back there if I ever return to El Calafate.

Aguila Mora Aparts is set in El Chalten, only 100 metres from the path to Torre Lake and 500 metres from the path to Cerro Fitz Roy. Free private parking is available on site. Barbara was such a fantastic host - responsive, sent us recommendations, helped us store our bags until we could check in, even brought a little apple tart up! The apartment is really lovely, with good kitchen facilities, comfy bed and easily controlled heating. The little touches make all the difference, with jams, butter, oil and salt already provided in the kitchen for example. We were really happy with everything!

Set in a manor house overlooking the Viedma Lake, Estancia La Estela features a restaurant and a stable. It offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and breakfast services. La Leona Petrified Wood is 15 km away. amazing property, nice and helpful staff. it made our trip so much nicer!

This family is such a friendly helpful family, our one case got lost on the flight, Santiago their son, connected with the airport personel and the suitcase was delivered the next day. He also booked taxis for us which was a great help. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Posada Los Alamos is situated in the heart of El Calafate, close to Argentino Lake. It has spa facilities, an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas. Excellent breakfast and supper dinner with delicious Pentagonia lamb. Front desk Teo is efficient, professional and very attentive . He welcomed us very warmly and explained everything so clearly. He helped to book our day tours plus transport. He found a room for us to stay the next day so we don’t have to move to another hotel on our last day in El Calafate. Thank you, Teo. You are a 5 star service model!!

Los Ponchos Hotel is located just 2 km from central El Calafate. Its warm rooms feature Hispanic-American art and views of Lake Argentino. Great Service and very nice place overall. Great Quality.
