Prefect place to be. Beautiful view of Dubai with the easy access facilities to metro taxi and bus. Wonderful staff and helpful and attentive to their guests. The hotel exceeded my expectations in everything. Every member of staff I spoke with tried to help and made me feel welcome. I stained a favourite fabric shoe, and the housekeeping cleaned it within an hour free of charge. I mentioned to the manager that I might have preferred a different view, and they moved me to another room. Breakfast is nothing short of spectacular, especially with such views from the terrace. Technology in my room was state-of-the-art. Elegant and functional interiors. This is one of the few places I will try to return to. It felt really good to be staying and receiving visitors there.
