This is a wonderful house, super clean, in a new modern and very well kept complex. Everything was great, villa is amazing, beautiful place for holiday and very quiet - it is better than the pictures! There are 3 bedrooms - beds are extremely comfortable, and 3 bathrooms which give you the best comfort - fresh clean white towels enough for everybody, even soap and shampoo. In the kitchen you find everything you may need, there is nothing missing - you feel like at home. Everything was considered, up to small details. The garden and pool area are just paradise, so clean, with beautiful flowers! There is a private parking place safe for the car. We didn't want to leave, this is one of the best places we have been to. Many thanks to Mr. Mehmet who was so kind and friendly! We will definitely come again to this amazing villa - we really had a dream holiday!

We loved the villa and the location was great. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach where there were several bars and restaurants. We hired a car and were in easy driving distance of Ephesus and Kusadasi town and beaches. My 9 yr old daughter loved the local cats and would get up early each day to feed them in the garden. (They're everywhere in Turkey but if you don't feed them, they'll soon go away).
