Five stars for the service 😊 Upon arrival, the staff took over the luggage and took it to the rooms, the car was parked in the underground parking lot free of charge, we received a free continental breakfast during the entire stay. Complimentary welcome fruit plate. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and clean. You have all the necessary hygiene products. You get free water every day and you have a mini bar. I am especially satisfied with the lady who cleans the rooms, EVERYTHING is perfectly clean and tidy when you come back to the room. In the breakfast restaurant you have very good service and a wonderful Turkish breakfast. Special kudos to the lady who is at the entrance of the restaurant because she always makes sure if you are missing anything and if you have any special requests. I can say that you have the best service from the staff of all the hotels in Turkey.

The corner room on a high floor was spacious enough to feel comfortable even after a week. The bed was firm and there is a choice of pillows to best suit your sleeping needs. The breakfast buffe was very rich with local products and you could also get an omlete of your choice. The spa, fitness and massage center is not busy and the services are very good. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with a smile.

HOSPITALITY AT IT’S BEST!! Hotel staff has delivered an amazing experience. I was staying there for my wisdom teeth operation. They took care of me so well. They did trip to the pharmacy, late night room service(ice, fruits, snacks - chef’s delicious cookies and desert, tea) Staff very attentive and always smiling. FANTASTIC FOOD Specially cooked for me. The chef picked fresh produce and cooked truly brilliantly.
