She was on hand everyday to support our stay and was very helpful with any requests we had. The accommodation easily supported a long relaxing stay, achieving high standards of cleanliness and facilities. Lots of local bars within easy reach and great location for exploring Koh Samui

The property and the owner John has made our stay exceptionally wonderful. Beautiful view of the mountains and nature. Rooms and the private pool are clean and well kept. Basically we have John as our private concierge and he is very obliging with a service mind to beat. Wonderful wonderful private and safe place to stay.

Приветливый и гостеприимный хозяин отеля! На территории есть бассейн и душ. Отдельный вход в каждый номер, с видом на пальмы. Номер чистый, просторный, удобный. Есть чайник, холодильник, питьевая вода. Уборка и обновление воды производились ежедневно. Прекрасное местоположение: до пляжа не более 2-х минут; магазин и кафе в 5-ти минутах. Everything about this resort was just amazing .. the most kid’s friendly staffs I have ever met in all of the resort. The service is just woow (imagine all the staffs know your room number and details.. anything lost in any spot in the resort you will have it at your place in few minutes.. the resort very clean.. the food manager, i was wondering she doesn’t sleep :) you will find her at any food in the resort checking on the service and making sure the guests are happy .. I asked her for specific dish for my kids that wasn’t part of their menu and it was done in 15 minutes.. everything about this resort is breathtaking.. the only negative point was the moment to say goodbye to everyone

EVERYTHING!! 1. The food!! Whatever chefs they hired for Santiburi are clearly world class chefs who have made some of the most tasty food we have ever ever eaten. Especially with the chef at the Thai restaurant! They literally spoiled all other restaurants for us. You might think it’s a bit pricey but trust me once you eat it you’ll feel like the value is 10x. 2. The staff and hospitality. Their promptness and attitude made it feel like you were always their number one priority. It was our honeymoon and my birthday during the stay they went above and beyond to make us feel soooo very special. They brought us cakes on both occasions, sparkling wine, set up our room reallly cute and even gave us hand written notes. 3. THE SPA O M G. Len spa has our whole heart. We originally only went in for one couple massage and ended up taking a whole package for our stay because it was seriously the best spa experience you’ll ever have. We went 3 days during the week we stayed there and every time the service we received was BEYOND.
