The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make my stay there even more enjoyable. The whole resort is exceptionally clean, the room was spotless. Everything worked perfectly, such as the fridge, kettle and air-conditioner. The resort is a very short walk (200m) to the beach (Ao Noi Na Beach), there is a gate for vehicles, but the pedestrian entrance is always open making it easy to get to the beach. The resort is a brisk thirty minute walk to the main ferry pier, there are pick-up taxis available, and the resort manager can arrange a scooter hire for you. There are 2 coffee shops and 2 restaurants very close to the resort. The resort manager provides complimentary bottled water and instant coffee sachets every morning. Additional water and drinks can be bought at the reception for a very reasonable price.

I liked so much. The lush greenery setting , the closeness to the beach , the cleaning staff all happy and keen to help , the local shops and restaurants in the main street a very easy walk away , the beach was beautiful and clean and safe.

We rented two bungalows (a deluxe one and a standard one), both comfortable and well equipped, spotlessly cleaned every day. The staff was super nice and efficient, taking care of guests needs. Food in the restaurant was good, including the New Year buffet, good value for money. Breakfast had an ample choice of savory Western and Asian options and fruit (adding a couple of sweets would be great). The beach was clean and beautiful with an ample swimming area cordoned off so boats could not approach. The owner / manager was personally overseeing, enquiring about each and every guest wellbeing and solving any issue with a care, attentiveness and efficiency you would find in a 5 stars hotel.

The Location is perfect for a relaxed break. The resort is quiet and fairly self sufficient there are small shops on the beach plus over headlands where busier beach's exist.. The room was beautifully designed with lovely features and furniture. The beach is a cove around 400 meters long a couple of other resorts sharing beach but best part of beach at AO CHO Grandview. White sand clear water rooms open up to water views some onto beach. Staff were very happy and great to deal with The island itself is lovely overall fantastic break / holiday

I don’t know from where to start! I needed a few days of full relax and reality was above my expectations. The staff was extremely nice and efficient. The beach is few steps from the rooms with enough bed-chairs for everybody. The rooms are big and comfortable with amazing view. For people with limited mobility, it is recommended to ask for a room with beach access. The others are just few steps away ( reachable with stairs). The hotel doesn’t have a gym or spa but the clients can use the facilities or the resort next door, including taking a shower at the spa before jumping on the boat that take you to the ao prao pier. The food at the restaurant was very good and the staff very efficient.
