A very nice and modern apartment, in a good location, near the Soca river. Basically you have everything you need. Comfortable beds, enough room in the apartment, a very well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, a spacious and covered terrace with barbecue. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay for our 5-person family and we would highly recommend this apartment. We will certainly be back again next time.

Beautiful, clean, great view, and Gregor is the best host. Shared a couple shots of whiskey with him on the deck. We will come back and spend more time there.

The hosts Verica and her family are amazing people who go above and beyond for their guests. There is a restuarant on the ground floor ran by the same owners. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The views are amazing from every side of the restuarant. Local food in the restaurant is great and worth trying. Tolminska korita national park is meters away and there is a shuttle that takes you to Tolmin the town.

The owners are unbeliavably pleasant people, for whom the human approach is obviously on the first place. During our stay, we experienced a crisis situation with a child's illness and they helped us incredibly.

Everything is near: supermarkets, restaurants & cafes, playground & sport park, etc. We were on a roadtrip with our 17 month kid and the host was helpful to get a high chair and a cot for our stay. Special thanks to Mr. Uros who did not hesitate to offer me a ride to Kobarid so I could collect my car. Far too kind. We left our car in Kobarid because we arrived in Tolmin with our bicycles. The breakfast was abundant and very tasty. The hotel is very well kept and quite family oriented (we are a family with small children) .
