It was like a winter wonderland with views of snow capped Triglav. This is a beautiful farm, warm and cosy, just like the owner Miha - a true gentleman. The rustic home made bread, the gorgeous horses who are groomed to perfection. Everything about my stay was lovely, far away from the tourist traps. This was the real Slovenia with all the warmth and welcome that Slovenian people have to offer. Great memories were made here. I was lucky to be staying for the blessing of the horses in the true Slovene tradition. A spectacle for the eyes. I will be back in May to climb Golica and see the Narcissi’s in bloom.

The location was peaceful with an amazing view of the mountains! The fireplace in the living room got the whole downstairs nice and toasty. I love how at home and cozy the place was. They had toys for my kids and a 10ft long dog leash outside for my dog.

It was a comfortable and cozy escape from the city life as it was higher up on a mountain. The owner was also very accommodating and quick to respond and had even left a small bottle of elderflower syrup for us. The place also had a nice balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the night sky.

Té un bon aparcament i és perfecte per realitzar algunes excursions. Els propietaris són atents i encantadors i et donen bons consells i informació. El menjar és tradicional, ecològic i boníssim. Molt bona relació qualitat-preu. L’habitació doble amb llitera és petita però còmoda i agradabble. Ets sents acollit en tot moment per l’ambient i per la companyia. Una sort haver topat amb aquest refugi!
