Lusthuset is a lovely little cottage in a quiet back yard that is shared with the owners' main house. The location is perfect, in the middle of the small medieval centre of Sölvesborg and literally a few steps away from the magnificent Nikolaikyrkan. The house is not large, but very functional. It has everything you'll need, and more! The kitchen is fully-equipped, with modern and top-quality items, not the second-grade quality often found in summer houses. Free use of the available staples, coffee, sugar, salt, cereals, tea, etc. Even corn for popping and a small bowl of candy ("godis")! The bathroom is small but modern and spotless, with floor heating and washing machine. The breakfast was "self-assembly" from tasty and fresh ingredients, including home-baked bread. The beds are comfy, and the space under the roof, although a bit tight, is very cosy for sleeping, and great for kids. There are games, reading and entertainment available should the weather be bad. Cathrine was a lovely host, pro-active and precise in the pre-arrival communication, very flexible. After our departure she even biked down to the railway station to catch us because we had forgotten a small item! I happen to know this part of Sweden very well - rest assured, this is an excellent and no-nonsense choice, with which you can't go wrong.

The owner of that place is very helpful, flexible and open, making the stay very comfortable and convenient. The hotel is in very quiet area. Room and kitchen were super clean and looking modern, with all necessary equipment there. Villa Orion is definitely the place I'd love to visit again.

The location! The views. Stephan going out of his way to get us a wash tub and drying rack. The kitchen was great.

The environnement and the cabins accomodation. Perfect location to visit listerlandet especially by bike! Friendly and flexible staff. Comfortabel sofabed! The road next to it didn’t brought any discomfort. Nice playground.
