the property is very spacious, entrance with toilet, lounge, dining table & chairs, kitchen (with oven, electric hob), dry area with washing machine (washing liquid provided) & dishwasher (table provided). The balcony has a hammock and overlooks the sea (Porto Moniz). My children love the hammock very much and is very relaxing. going downstairs, there are 3 large bedrooms, 1 shower room, and 1 bath. The bedrooms are all very spacious. Towels and shower gel are all provided. We love the walk-in wardrobe as I like to put everything out and they all have their corner of belonging. The floor is wooden floor which suits us the best as my son is asthmatic. exit from the bedroom, can access to another balcony, sunbed is provided but we don't do sunbathing. there's a drying area by the corner for you to dry clothes. The owner provided a bottle of red wine and a pack of traditional Madeira cookies on our arrival which we enjoyed very much. Thank you! Instruction on check-in is very clear, easy to find the property too.
